Surface treatment by anodisation

Surface-treated materials are a special feature of our range:

We provide anodisation according to DIN 17611 for interior and exterior applications in the usual anodised colour shades. Our standard layer thickness for interior applications is 10 - 12 µm. Simply select the pre-treatment option best suited to your requirements. Table 2 shows the standard anodisation colours, but of course we are also happy to provide customised colours on request.

E1 ground, anodised and sealed uniform, matt surface, minor grooving or scratches removed decorative surfaces with clearly aligned texture

E2 brushed, anodised and sealed uniform, bright surface, grooving, scratches, file marks only partially removed low-gloss surfaces with fine texture

E3 polished, anodised and sealed shiny surface, grooving, scratches. file marks only partially removed preferred interior application, low-maintenance, appropriate for all colours

E6 chemically pre-treated, anodised and sealed matt, rough surface – grooving, scratches, file marks smoothed out to some extent. Some material-related changes in the surface appearance are sometimes unavoidable. economical, particularly suitable for dark colours
