How do we collect your data?
Some data are collected when you provide it to us. This could, for example, be data you enter on a contact form.
Other data are collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. These data are primarily technical data such as the browser and operating system you are using or when you accessed the page. These data are collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.
Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in "server log files". These are:

• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request

Should you send us questions via the contact forludm, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
The data entered there is transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL encryption security procedure.

Personal data protection during the application process and for applications
The data controllers collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application procedure. Processing can also be done electronically. This is the case if an applicant sends appropriate application documents by electronic means, for example by e-mail, to the data controller. If the controller (human resources department) concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the data transmitted will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in strict compliance with the statutory provisions. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents shall be automatically deleted two months after the applicant has been informed of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller stand in the way of deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act
Disclosure of personal data (to a third party)
A passing on to third parties does not take place, unless we are legally obligated to the passing on or you have given us before your explicit convent into the passing on.
